Refund & Exchange Policy

At KRVV EG, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following options.

Exchange Policy  
We offer free exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.  
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Policy  
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items  
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.
